How long does a tuning engagement usually take?
A focused process tuning runs across three sessions over roughly two to four weeks. Broader engagements that include tool calibration, reference frameworks or documentation systems typically span six to ten weeks depending on your size and how much material already exists. Retainer standards care is a continuing arrangement with a monthly rhythm.
Do you work with clients outside Salt Lake City?
Yes. Most of our work is delivered remotely, which means we serve teams across the United States and beyond without travel costs. When a visit to your team helps, we travel within the Wasatch Front and, by arrangement, to other locations. The same bench practices apply whether we are onsite or on a call.
